2. Agreement
By using this website, requesting a quote, or starting a project, you agree to these terms and to any written proposal, estimate, or statement of work we share with you. If a signed proposal conflicts with this page, the signed proposal controls for that project.
3. Services
We provide services such as WordPress development, Shopify development, custom PHP/Laravel work, e-commerce builds, website redesigns, and maintenance. Scope, timeline, and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins.
4. Quotes and payments
- Quotes are estimates based on the brief you share. Extra features added later may change cost and timeline.
- Work typically starts after the agreed advance is received.
- Remaining invoices are due as stated in the proposal (milestones or on delivery).
- Late payment may pause work or delay launch.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, logins, feedback, and approvals on time. Delays on your side can extend the schedule. You confirm you have the right to use all text, images, logos, and data you send us.
6. Revisions and change requests
The number of revision rounds is set in the proposal. Changes outside the agreed scope are billed separately after we confirm the extra time and cost.
7. Intellectual property
Until invoices for the project are paid in full, we retain rights in the custom work we create. After full payment, you receive the rights described in the proposal to use the delivered website or application for your business. We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Third-party tools (themes, plugins, stock assets, fonts, Shopify apps) stay under their own licences. You are responsible for ongoing licence or subscription fees for those tools.
8. Hosting, domains, and third parties
Unless a care plan says otherwise, you own and manage hosting, domain, and platform accounts. We are not liable for outages or policy changes by hosts, Shopify, WordPress.org, payment gateways, or other vendors.
9. Warranties and support
After launch we fix defects that are clearly caused by our delivered work, within the warranty window in your proposal (if any). New requests, content edits, plugin/theme updates, and third-party breakages are support work and may need a maintenance plan.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim.
11. Confidentiality
We treat your business information and access credentials as confidential and use them only to deliver the work.
12. Website use
Do not misuse this site (scraping, attacking, or posting unlawful content). Portfolio and case-study details are illustrative; results vary by project.
13. Termination
Either side may stop a project in writing. You pay for work completed and approved costs up to that date. Unused prepaid hours on a care plan follow the refund terms on our Refund Policy page, if published.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gaurela – Pendra – Marwahi, Chhattisgarh have jurisdiction, unless a signed contract says otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update this page. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
